It is no longer news that singer David Adeleke, popularly known by his stage name Davido, is a big supporter of the Peoples Democratic Party. He publicly supports the party and supports his uncle Senator Ademola Adeleke, who is also a member of the party.
In a recent development, Davido showed that he can separate his personal opinion for a business move.
The singer set his political party differences aside and took the bold step to attend an All Progressives Congress (APC) inaugural party on Wednesday, May 29.
Davido was spotted at the inauguration party held by APC for Governor Dapo Abiodun in Ogun state. He also took to his Instagram page to share a photo of himself with the governor at the inaugural party and congratulated Governor Abiodun on his win.

Governor Abiodun is the father of Davido’s late friend DJ Olu. The singer’s late friend had passed away on October 7, 2017.
Olugbenga Abiodun’s body had been found in his car parked in the garage of Block B, Banana Island in Lagos.
